Ryan Mitchell is a caravan driver in Van Buren.

He works as a driver for the Jericho water plant and stands accused of murder, assault and theft. Although fellow caravaners have heard rumors about Mitchell, they have yet to see the evidence, only ever having witnessed the occasional assault.[Doc 1]
