Raquel is a Boomer living at the Nellis Air Force Base in Fallout: New Vegas.

Raquel is the Master-at-Arms of the Boomers at Nellis. She can usually be found sitting on top of some shipping containers directly north of the entrance to the base. She approaches the Courier when they first enter Nellis.

Raquel is one of the few NPCs in Fallout: New Vegas who wears a Pip-Boy 3000, and the only Boomer who does not wear one of their signature jumpsuits.
