The Ranger Journal is a mission log kept by Ranger Dobson in Fallout: New Vegas.

Can be found in his hide-out in the southern Hidden Valley Bunker, next to a broken radio.

Like the Ranger Holodisk Message and Powder Ganger notes, the journals can only be read through the message system and can't actually be picked up.
