- Has a low chance to be awarded from Daily Ops for player characters between level 25 and 49.
- Has a low chance to be awarded from Supplying Demands, if the optional task to search for sunken valuables is completed.
- Has a 4.55% chance to be awarded upon completion of Missing Persons.
