Infobox Type[edit]
like many pages, this one uses 'infobox gameplay' in a place where another is applicable, in this case, 'infobox creature'. I've changed a few from the latter to the former so they display, but I would like to know what the consensus is for which it should use (the effect should be the same either way after editing of pages) Nuevafall (talk) 07:55, 23 February 2025 (UTC)

- `Best example here would be how under 'by type', the dpl has the line '|uses = Template:Infobox gameplay | Template:Infobox site' rather than '|uses = Template:Infobox creature | Template:Infobox site'. This means that only creature pages that have the line 'Infobox gameplay' will show up, while many overview pages use 'Infobox creature'. I imagine it would be best to have consistency between them, but I wanted to enquire if it would be better to change it from creature to gameplay on the missing pages, or to entirely move it over to infobox creature, including having to change pages that are currently appearing in the dpl successfully.`Nuevafall (talk) 23:24, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
- Ah, I see. I would recommend changing all creature pages to use the creature infobox and adjusting the DPL accordingly, however in some cases I expect we'll be linking from DPL to DPL, so keeping Infobox Site in the mix would also be important. - Late to the party, but we use Infobox gameplay as a default for all overviews, as was already pointed out by Wana in his edit summary. I will go ahead and restore them on the overviews that were changed.

Section name[edit]
Would it be a good idea to change the name of the 'by game' list to 'by installment' or similar? With the release of the Television show, and it's subsequent overview page being in the 'by type' list, I feel like it would be a better fit in the former list, if it weren't for the name.
