Omar Stephens was a barber who was selected for residency in Vault 51.
Background[edit]
Omar discovered Helen Marks' body in the vault's mess hall on August 6, 2078. He sent a message via the vault's terminal system asking for Robert Baker's help. Although he had personal issues with Helen, he denied responsibility for her death and suspected the murder to be a poisoning.[1] It is unknown if this message was sent before or after Baker was shot on the same day.[2]
