Mitchell was a man who lived in Beckley before the Great War.
Background[edit]
As the Automation Riots worsened in the city, Mitchell heard a rumor that the military would soon intervene. This caused him and many of his associates to try and find a train leaving town at the Mount Blair Trainyard.[1]
