Captain Mayburn was the leader of a militia in a small community located just outside the Commonwealth.
Background[edit]
Mayburn was the murderer of Piper Wright's father. Her father somehow discovered Mayburn's plan to sell the community out to raiders. In exchange for the sacking of the town, Mayburn was to be given a large cut of the loot. Piper discovered the truth, and published her first paper, detailing Captain Mayburn's list of crimes. The community was outraged, and he was exiled.[1]
