A Manta Ray or Stingray is a creature mentioned in Fallout 76.

Manta Rays possess venomous barbs in their tail, from which they derive the name "Stingray". Rays posses no bones, and their nostrils and mouth make them look like they are happy.[1] The Aquarium of the Atlantic used to keep Manta Rays in the Petting Pool area, where visitors were encouraged to flip them over.[1] Intricate sword grips were wrapped in leather made from stingrays.[2]
