Background[edit]
After the launch of Operation Free Watoga in October 2077, Jennica was shocked and appalled at Turner's actions, having thought he wouldn't actually execute the plan or trigger the massacre of citizens in Watoga. In a letter to Turner, Jennica expressed her disgust, explaining that as nuclear detonations from the Great War began to affect survivors, the closest hospital in Watoga was inaccessible due to the now-hostile robots.[1]
