Background

Major Jefferies was a major of the Gunners and was in charge of a small squad that consisted of Private Hart, Lieutenant Conners, Sergeant Lee, Private Martin and at least three other unnamed gunners. He and his squad were tasked with carrying a package from one location to another. However, the package was a Deathclaw Egg and its enraged mother killed the entire squad. He and his squad's remains can be found in and around the Museum of Witchcraft during the quest The Devil's Due.
