Dr. Honeywell was a scientist at the Pentagon working on the Liberty Prime project before the Great War.

Working with their colleague Dr. Park under the wing of the project leader, Stanley Bloomfeld, they tried reaching a solution for the power consumption problems, but were unable to find an acceptable solution.[1]
