The Hall of Congress is the seat of NCR representatives, located in NCR town.

Background

On the day the New California Republic was officially formed, a crowd gathered outside the building all afternoon, to celebrate and to hear President Aradesh giving a speech to commemorate the occasion.

Layout

The hall is the largest and most important building in the town. Both President Tandi's office and the Congress Assembly Hall are located here. The Vault Dweller statue stands near the building. The Presidential Mansion is also situated across from this building, with its own contingent of security forces.
