Gifted is a trait in Fallout.

Gameplay

All seven stats have a +1 modifier, but all skills are reduced by -10%. You also receive 5 fewer skill points per level. The 7 stat points received from this trait can be re-distributed by the player character's will, like with Small Frame and Bruiser.
