Dr. Frederick was an Institute doctor in the year 2178.[1]
Background[edit]
He began the Institute's FEV program after it was approved by the Directorate.[1] He was the first to work on the FEV inside the BioScience Division.[1] The goal of the research was to improve the synthetic organics program that other divisions were working on.
