A Frag Mine is an explosive device found in Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 4 and Fallout 76.
Used to primarily target personnel, they can wound by dispersing lethal fragments. Frag mines are proximity fused, and can typically be deactivated and retrieved if not exploded.
