Famished is a condition in Fallout 76.
Gameplay[edit]
- The player character becomes hungry if they don't eat.
- Consuming any food will reverse the effects of the hunger.
Notes[edit]
The Slow Metabolizer perk can help prevent player characters from becoming famished by increasing the amount of hunger that food satisfies.
