Eightball is a member of the Blood Eagles under Tally Lang in Appalachia.
Background[edit]
Along with Tally, Dillo and Needles, Eightball tracked down the Hellcat Company into Vault 96 in search of valuable loot. She became trapped when Edgar Blackburn shut the doors.
