Doc Stanley is one of the robotic vendors the Whitespring replaced their human staff with shortly before the Great War.[1] He resides in the 'The Chemists' store of the Whitespring's mall area.
This Protectron medic is responsible for selling recreational and medicinal chems to customers and also offers electroshock therapy to interested clients.[2]
