Background

Artis is a mechanic who once knew Mary Jane and Lily Bell, and helped them with designing the CR-74L combat rifle. A raider gang in Lexington contacted him for help in fine-tuning their weapons. The Sole Survivor will find him at the Lexington Apartments, where he will attack on sight.
