2 days ago my neighbor received heart breaking news. His son and grandson were in a head-on collision accident. Ultimately, neither of them survived.

I watched the grandson grow up to be an honest and loving man and the dad was always the pillar of the family. Their surviving family and friends could use some positive thoughts, prayers or vibes sent their way.

Dallas is only an hour and a half away from me. Spent a bit of time in the Children’s Hospital (known worldwide) because of seizures and the Dallas World Trade Center for my parent’s business.

Ramen. Not the kind that kind that you get in the supermarket. True Tonkatsu Ramen is delicious.
