Fabearth is an endangered-species awareness and apparel brand based in New Delhi, India. This page explains the customer policies that apply when you browse or place an order on fab.earth.
Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after successful payment. Most India deliveries arrive in 3-7 business days; remote locations can take up to 15 calendar days.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, size, fit, colour preference, or buyer's remorse after dispatch. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after approval or receipt of the returned item, as applicable.

Email mail@fab.earth with your order ID and photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping
We currently ship orders within India through registered courier partners and/or India Post.
- Dispatch time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after successful payment.
- Delivery time: Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, courier delays, public holidays, weather events, or service interruptions can extend delivery up to 15 calendar days.
- Shipping cost: Any shipping charge, if applicable, is shown at checkout before payment.
- Delivery address: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please check your phone number, PIN code, and full address before payment.
- Tracking: When tracking is available, we share dispatch and tracking updates by email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, postal authorities, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control. We will still help you follow up with the courier where possible.
Returns, Damaged Items and Refunds
Each Fabearth garment is produced and packed in small batches. Please review the size guide and product details before ordering.
Returns for size, fit, or change of mind
We do not accept returns after dispatch for change of mind, size, fit, colour preference, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us at mail@fab.earth within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order ID,
- clear photos of the product,
- clear photos of the packaging if it arrived damaged,
- a short description of the issue.
After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and stock availability. If we ask you to send the item back, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible. If we ask you to return an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Fabearth will pay for or arrange the return shipping.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after approval or after the returned product is received and inspected, as applicable. Bank, card, UPI, or payment gateway timelines may vary after we initiate the refund.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order is shipped. Email mail@fab.earth with your order ID as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not been dispatched. If cancellation is approved after payment, the refund is initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to run the store, fulfil orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand store performance.
Information we collect
When you browse or order from Fabearth, we may collect:
- contact details such as name, email address, and phone number,
- shipping and billing address,
- order details, products purchased, payment status, and fulfilment status,
- customer preferences you submit at checkout,
- technical and analytics information such as pages visited, cart activity, device/browser information, referrer, and approximate session data.
Payments are processed by third-party payment partners. We do not store your card, UPI PIN, net-banking password, or payment instrument credentials.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- confirm, ship, and support your orders,
- send order, shipping, delivery, or support updates,
- respond to customer queries,
- detect fraud, failed payments, duplicate orders, or operational issues,
- improve the store experience and product merchandising,
- comply with applicable law.
If you opt in to community or marketing updates, we may use your email address for Fabearth updates. You can ask us to stop these messages by writing to mail@fab.earth.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to operate the store: payment gateways, courier/logistics partners, email service providers, analytics tools, business tools used for order management, and authorities where legally required.
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and correction
We retain order and support records for as long as needed for fulfilment, tax/accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance. You may request correction or deletion of personal information by emailing mail@fab.earth. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records.

Fabearth owns or licenses the artwork, designs, layout, text, images, graphics, and other content on this website. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use this content without permission.
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purpose. Unauthorised use of the website or its content may lead to action under these terms and applicable law.
Product images and colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, production batches, and natural garment variation. We try to describe products accurately, but we do not guarantee that every display or photograph will perfectly match the physical product.
We may update products, pricing, availability, policies, or these terms from time to time. If you place an order, the policies in effect at the time of order apply to that transaction unless a change is required by law.
Fabearth is not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural events, strikes, technical outages, payment gateway issues, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes relating to these terms or transactions through this website are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
