INTRODUCTORY POST 🌞

🌾 Hello, my name is Ezio. I’m 26, I’m Swiss Romani, I use he/they pronouns and I currently live in Switzerland.

🌾 I currently am a retail worker in a garden center, but I’m on my way back to school to become a teacher of the history/ethics/philosophy type. I adore nature and arts, folklore and legends, and also have a passion for rollercoaster engineering.

🌾 I am a neopagan, mostly affiliated to the Gaulish/Celtic pantheon, but do mingle with Dionysus and Pan on the side. My main deity is Artio.

🌾 I love walking in the woods, follow rivers, pick up bones and sticks, and overall pretend to be a Witcher on the path. I also draw sometimes, and craft a lot, mainly woodworking, ceramics and sewing/weaving. I also bake a lot, I’m a cake connoisseur.

I have a newcomer in my collection: a Caviar Citrus! (Microcitrus australasica)

I’m extremely proud of my acquisition because those are very sturdy trees with very sought after fruits, the most expensive citrus in the world (because of how hard it is to get fruits). But I just randomly got it for free because my job’s main distributor had plant leftovers and let us take one after a class.

Frybuur dump from an unusual angle

Did you know the neighborhood of Auge and Neuveville (aka Basse-Ville, “downtown”) in Fribourg/Freiburg (CH) is only of the oldest, biggest, most well preserved medieval settlements of Europe in in terms of gothic architecture? Most buildings are still made of the same molasses since the 16th century, but some date back to the 12th century, like most fountains, churches, or the Cathedral that towers over it.

I’m so happy I get to see the wonders of craftsmanship whenever I walk out of my house.
