I did my weight series today (48,500 pounds total) plus 35 minutes on the elliptical machine.
Then I was pooped. I was glad I had the time today to do a bit extra after taking a few days off.
I'm still 194 pounds but working on it.
Tomorrow is the all aerobic day. Not sure which machines I'll do but I'm hoping I have enough energy to do over an hour, including at least a 20 minute (or more) jog (to match or beat the time I jogged last time).
I forgot to update about my workout on Friday.
On Friday, I did some aerobic exercise. I setup a 30 minute session on the treadmill and did 20 minutes of jogging and then 10 minutes of a walking in a hill profile.
After that, I did 30 minutes on the machine I call the "cross-country-skiing-like" machine.
And then I tried to do 30 minutes on a stationary bicycle but pooped out after about 15 minutes. I literally didn't have any energy left.
I've taken the past four days off for the holiday and also because my shoulders have been hurting. I decided I needed a solid break. Today I have something else scheduled for "after work" time so I'll get back to it on Thursday.

well ... not all at once ... ;-}
My exercising has been going very well. I'm still frustrated, mostly on the aerobic side of things and also on the weight measurement, but generally things are going okay and I'm feeling better about my body all the time.
I go to the gym four days a week right now. There's potential for that to change significantly within the next six weeks to two months in two ways: 1) I am looking for a new job right now which may affect a change in my schedule, including work location, to make the current setup unfeasible; and 2) I am going to be going to school again on Monday nights starting in the middle of August.
Right now, I workout after work on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I go in to work early in order to get out of work early and get over to the gym to workout and finish by around 6-630pm so I can get home at a reasonable hour. I alternate workouts between weight machines and aerobic machines so, for example, on Monday and Thursday I may do weights and Tuesday and Friday do an aerobic workout. I've developed and incremented my weight workout so now, based on a high number of reps, a high number of sets, and a series of machines, it all adds up to around 48,500 pounds lifted in one session. It looks like an incredible amount but I started off with two sets of 15 at 20 pounds on three or four machines and just kept building and working it up. My aerobic workout is usually an hour in two half hour blocks chosen from several machines including a treadmill, an elliptical machine, a "cross-country skiing"-type machine, a stationary bicycle, and some others I can't think of right now. For example, on Tuesday, I did 30 minutes on the treadmill where I jogged for 15 minutes then 15 minutes of walking on a hill profile. After that, I did 30 minutes on the cross-country-skiing-type machine.
My disappointments are that I think I should be able to do a longer jog before I get tired, but that could be the result of any residual damage to my pelvis. I think I may have to just be patient and gentle as I build back my pelvis and lower back. Another disappointment is that I haven't been losing much weight since the beginning of the year. I'm still around 190 fluctuating around 4 pounds on either side. I'd like to lose more weight but I do notice that my body is changing a lot without the weight changing so I'm assuming this is just something my body needs to do.

Just got home from work. Yeah, after midnight. I'm trying to finish up some ANNOYING work stuff before the Holiday Weekend. Whee.
May not have time to exercise tomorrow night either; gotta prep for Holiday Weekend Trip. Not good -- must really try to squeeze it in.
