The Best Fanfictions of Various Fandoms

Now i am a Joker/Harley shipper, so expect to see a couple of postings on these crazy kids. xD

If you are new to the pairing i highly suggest this fic:

As the summary says, its a fic on how it all started. And in my opinion, one of the best and most in-character takes on that subject. I absolutely ADORE all of her fics on these two. They're all awesome. Quite a few are very explicit, so if you are not into smut/violence tread carefully. Oh, and this and nearly all of her fics in the batman fandom take place in the comic book mainstream universe fyi



Another comic book fandom i read is Fables. If you haven't heard of it/read it i suggest you do so.

These two are just short one-shots. The first takes place quite late in the story so if you never read it, you may be confused.

I dont know what drew me to this...i think i had been reading a couple comics, then saw a fanart of Calvin and Susie all grown up being buddies....think it was the fanart that made me go hunting...

ANYway, out of the small collection of fics posted on ff.net, i personally think this is the best. I love her portrayal of older Calvin and Susie. i see it as entirely possible. AND best, she didnt remove Hobbes from the story! :D I can not see/read a fic where Hobbes is removed simply because Calvin 'grew up'

Hahaha i had HOPED this would become regular for me, but evidently a busy summer and following fall and spring semesters in college will get one side tracked. Remembered i got this started today when i was wondering: 'WHERE can i find an archive of good fanfiction??? ' x__x

Yea, written by another guy. Truly agree with Krillin Fan here. This fic is so endearing, and entirely believable. Never found another K/18 fic qiute up to par in my (meager) searchings. In fact, i didnt feel the need to, because I like the idea of this one so much, i didn't want to read another fic to spoil it in my mind x3

It's a tough job, but someone has to do it. Bulma Briefs sends Vegeta into space with herself to punish him, but something goes drastically wrong: their water tank is tainted with an arousing chemical. Can the two of them resist utter temptation?

Quite obviously, SMUT i mean come on, what do you expect when all you have to drink is water that makes you practically BEG for sex? lol Well there IS a plot to this, so not a PWP. It actually doesn't appear until a few chapters in. Very in-character/well-written whole shebang. B/V pairing, takes place during those 3 damnable years that everybody and their mom has written fics for. Still in progress

After playing Okami, i went looking for fanfiction and was not disappointed (for once)

A Hylian in Nippon by Seldavia
A Zelda TP Okami crossover. After getting lost in Snowpeak, Link and Midna find themselves in a foreign country. Informed that the Emperor can steer them home, they begin their journey and meet up with a white wolf and little bouncing friend.

Even though i hadn't played the new Zelda game (due to lack of a PS3 or Wii) i was still able to follow and understand the fic. Follows the storyline in Okami with a few slight changes due to the new characters

Gone to the Dogs By Tally Mark
Kagome needs help, and there's only one dog who can do it. In which Kagome learns a thing or two about dogs and Sesshoumaru learns a thing or two about fun. SessKag.

an in-progress fic that is thoroughly delightful; Humor and budding romance abound (well kinda...not that far into the storyline yet)

An AU angst fic; In character and an interesting concept that is done RIGHT unlike some atrocities i have come across in the pit *shudders*

The fic takes place after Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl. This was written before the next two PotC films, so it does not follow that storyline. A long fanfiction, 40+ chapters. A VERY good read. Grammatically correct, in-character, and all that jazz.

A realistic look as to what would REALLY happen if a girl from the modern ages fell into Middle Earth. Very well written, this girl knows her stuff! Follows the books, not the movies; everything is to a 'T'. A very lengthy fic (Words: 136,254)
