Character Name: David/Agent Washington (aka Wash, Recovery-One, Prisoner 619-B)
Series: Red vs Blue
Age: 31
From When?: At the end of season 13 Episode 20.
Inmate/Warden: Warden. Wash has gone through a bit of a redemption himself over the last few years after hunting down the director of project freelancer and finding a home with the Reds and Blues. He knows about anger, revenge, doing someones dirty work and turning on your friends from personal experience. He's a good leader and CO, able to make his men trust him even if they don't always like him and he will protect them.
Item: A datapad
Abilities/Powers:Out of his power armor, Wash is not that different than most humans. He is a good shot, and good at picking locks. He got great skill at firearms as well as with knives. He is also creative and has a good memory. His powerarmor has an a healing unit that keeps him alive from injuries that should have killed him.
Personality: Agent Washington was once a kind and compassionate man as well as obidient to his officers. He worked very well with his fellow freelancers. He was joking around a lot but still caring, checking up on the others after hard missions. He seemed to get along with even Maine, giving him advice on weapons. The others seemed to have fun teasing him, never quite telling him what happened to Georgia and thus leaving him nervous with the jet packs and making fun of him for managing to get a grappeling hook stuck to the crotch of his suit. He was the goofy rookie of the group and it seemed like a role he didn't mind
After the trauma of having Epsilon destroy itself inside Wash's mind however he changed. He became cold-hearted, cynical and focused on revenge. His interaction with the other freelancers changed and as Recovery-One he didn't show much remorse when he discovered his former friends had died. He stripped their armor of useful tech and then destoryed the remains. He was still like this when he first met the Reds and Blues, going after them to retrive the A.I. Omega. He is ruthless when it comes to completing the objective. He can also be petty. While working with the Meta, he made the Meta do all the heavy lifting and physically hard work. He is cunning and sets up elaborate plots to take down his enemies, sometimes through many years of work.
His time with the Reds and Blues have changed that however and brought back some of the old more comidic Wash. The Reds and Blues have rubbed off on him and he has adopted their several of their traits like tricking an enemy to give up his position by holding up his helmet on a rifle. In a fight against Felix and Locus, the two behind the war on Chorus, Wash finds time to taunt Felix with snarky remarks about Felix not being the only one good with knives as well as Locus that killing Wash won't make him feel better.
Wash is loyal and he views the Reds and Blues like his new family and he not only distrusts new faces but he also threatens to kill those who harm his family. He instantly turns on Felix the moment it becomes clear that Felix had been using the Reds and Blues to get information. That being said the Reds and Blues test his patience more often than not and he is not above bribes or threats to get them to listen to him. He has learned to treat people differently depending on what they need. He treats Caboose with quite a bit of patience and care, having rescued the AI of Caboose's pet war machine Freckles and later gives it to him. On the other hand he constantly bicker with Tucker, trying to get him to shape up and become a better soldier.
He has grown to take charge and become the leader ofthe Blood Gulch crew as well as others, he gives advice as leads both them and others. He is also willing to sacrifice himself for his men as he did when he got the Reds and Blues to safety while he himself was arrested. He admits that the reason he is in charge is because there is nobody else to do the job and when he is working together with Carolina he starts lets her take the lead.
Barge Reactions: Wash will be quite calm about the barge. He is there to do a job to help his friends. He is no stranger to spaceships, both ancient and new and he is also familiar with aliens. Floods and Breaches might freak him out a lot more, especially those that involves others inside his head. He has bad memories from when he had an AI in his head and avoids it whenever he can.
He will also view his inmate as someone he will be loyal towards but he will also expect their cooperation. He has been a prisoner so he believes he understands some of what they are going through. The disorganization and infighting between the wardens will bother him and he will try his best to get others to his side to establish some sort of order and consistency.
Deal:Making sure the Reds and Blues complete and survive their mission in Episode 20.

Sample Journal Entry:
A Wash on the test drive.
Sample RP: It is quiet on the deck. A few people are out, walking about or talking among themselves. Agent Washington has found himself a vantage point a bit above the main deck, observing the ones down below as he is cleaning his rifle. The announcement had him on edge, land of the dead didn't sound inviting at all and then there is the mess it had kicked up among the other inhabitants on the ship.
Wash doesn't like not having a plan and at least one back up plan. And right now nobody had a plan it seems, most seemed to only care abot themselves and their friends. Not that he blames them. That is why he is here after all, to take care of his friends.
Practiced hands puts the rifle back together. He can do it blindfolded, he knows from experience. He glances back out over the deck, eyes resting for a moment on the stars around them. This is hardly his first time in space but it isn't often you see views like this even then. Finally the rifle is all together and he packs away the cleaning kit, instead pulling out a wet stone and one of the knives he carries.
Approaching footsteps has him pausing and he looks up. "Yes?"
Sample RP, take two:
The thought of sharing his emotions with others made Wash's stomach turn. Nobody should be allowed in his head ever again. It would be too much like Epsilon. The A.I. fragments had been made by torturing an AI into splitting off pieces of itself and Epsilon had been the memory. Epsilon remembered. And when he woke up in Wash's head he had shared those memories with the rookie freelancer as he destroyed himself. Wash could still feel how it had been having someone die inside your head. It is the reason nobody else is allowed in and for a long time nobody was even allowed to be close.
So when he realizes the Barge is undergoing a flood where people can sense your emotions he almost turns on the spot, resigning before he even gets started. But he can't and he knows it, he needs the deal, needs the upperhand it would give his friends. He isn't the best leader, he knows that, but he is the best they got and he'll do what it takes.
So he grits his teeth, closing his eyes and focusing on calming his mind as he has done many times before. Ever since Epsilon he has practiced this. Wash too has a good memory, he remembers like it was yesterday and it makes his blood boil. But those kinds of hasty emotions would have gotten him killed a long time ago. He doesn't don the helmet before he is confident his mind is calm and his emotions are under control. Then he takes a deep breath and steps outside his cabin.
