etbDefense scheduling is slithering forward, after I hit the non-[REDACTED] members with e-mail and some direct nagging of [REDACTED] is promised.
For those not up with the TTC reference, I'm in Toronto (until tomorrow afternoon). I just came back from a Wh-le F--ds (one of only two in Canada), where I bought the same Quebecoisianoid rice cakes I buy in Philly.
In a restaurant last night we noticed another word that Canadians pronounce oddly: pasta (first syllable same as "past"). See also Nazi (rhymes with "patsy") and llama (rhymes with "whamma").
