Bovik (Harry Q.'s less well known brother) broke the chain, his local university library started requiring a user account for web access, and he could no longer "improperly" access the wealth of knowledge that could only have been produced through the wonderful, charitable indulgence of publishing companies. And henceforth his papers were only accepted by IEEE journals. Some say that's coincidence. I say: none dare call it treason. So don't break the chain.
