Hello, and welcome the fanfiction journal of xchaosbutterfly, arynnoctavia, and icon0clasts, otherwise known as esotericlyric!

For your convenience, here is a list of all of the fandoms for which I have written fanfiction. If you're looking for everything I've posted having to do with one fandom (for example, Harry Potter) but don't want to wade through those of other fandoms (for example, CSI) click on one of the links below.

Harry Potter | The Office (US) | Psych | Glee | Hot Fuzz

Star Trek | Heroes | CSI: Crime Scene Investigation | Fingersmith

If you would like to see my visual work pertaining to pop culture (icons, fanvids, fanart, colourbars) please see icon0clasts. If you'd like to see my creative work (poetry, photography, other visual fine arts) not pertaining to pop culture, feel free to brows my deviantART site, arynnoctavia.

Fic archiving:
Archiving my fics is fine, as long as my name (Arynn Octavia) and some sort of way readers can contact me (a link to any of my LiveJournals, my fanfiction.net account, an email address, or a link to my personal website) is included in the archive.

Spring '09 changes:
I have decided to convert this journal into a community, mostly because I'm tired of having to log out of my main LJ to post something in this one. I'll still treat it the same as a journal, meaning I will be the only one allowed to post entries here, but this just saves me time, especially since I've been posting more often.

For clarity, the "interests" list below contains all the fandoms I have written in, and the main characters I have slashed. I have included other characters in my stories (e.g. Ron and Hermione), but have only listed characters below if they were a main character in my story and were also slashed (i.e. written as gay or bisexual) in the story.

I'm Gay, and that's okay
