The only community on LiveJournal celebrating the romance behind the horror that is The Crow. Eric Draven and Shelly Webster had planned to wed at sunset on Halloween. Their love ended tragically the night before they were to wed, more commonly known as Devil's Night. To avenge their deaths, and ultimately reunite with his beloved Shelly, Eric came back from the dead as The Crow. In the opinion of the co-owners of this community, there is nothing more romantic than that, and it deserves to be celebrated year round, not just at Halloween.

This community will host fanfiction, icon contests, and pic spam posting, and general love for Eric and Shelly. We ask that all fanfiction be one chapter only, and posted behind a cut. You may also post the first chapter of your Eric and Shelly fanfic, and post a link to the continuance on your own journal, or to an external site.

For icon contests, please post no more than three (3) icons on your submission post. For fiction contests, 2,000 word limit, on the prompt given. Winners will be chosen monthly, and winners will be given co-mod status for a period of one (1) month. For fic bingo, those achieving bingo on their cards will be given a banner stating their achievement to display on their profile.

All submission posts must be public, and you must PM the link to EricAndShelly. No moving gif icons, or explicitly adult images will be accepted. Entries will be judged by co-owners, girlwonderrobin, motorcityxlove, and sonicvenom. All posts made will be subject to moderation prior to being made public.
