I wanted to let you know that Erasure is coming out with a new album on January 25, 2005.

Well, they've finally made it. The brand new album, after a somewhat weak "other people's songs". Great.
Not that I got totally upset by listening the previous stuff. I even liked one song - guess which? - haha, Solsbury Hill:-) But the new stuff is a lot better, I enjoy almost everything. It's a bit modern, says I, having listened to the earlier stuff like Savannah Song or Chorus for months:-) But still quite enjoyable, quite a lot of it.
I hope this community didn't fade away - such a pity for a place with so a name...and I hope you all there are enjoying the new stuff the way I am now:-)
My mom and a few relatives and friends of the family are only a handful of the women in my life who have been thru breast cancer and it does not only affect the patients but all the people around them! As most of you should know the members of Erasure were once the members of Yaz with a lady named Alison Moyet... Some of you may also know she went on to have a low key solo career... Well I am a huge fan of hers... I was curious how many of you are fans of her.. If you are curious I strongly suggest picking up her album appropriately tittled "Singles".... It includes some originals, covers, and your Yaz favorites...

This is creepy. I just found this community when I was looking to see who had Cancerslug listed as an interest, and I looked at the info, and saw that I have 37 of the same interests. How could I not join? How fucking strange.
