well jill is having my kid supposed to be on halloween..um been in newyork...havin fun with some new friends....workin all the time...been bringin home bout 900 a week...jeep is almost done..itll be a bad fucker again real soon..
well got home from the hospital a few minutes ago...had to take jill in lastnite about midnight cus she was havin bad pains around her belly..i guess its no real big deal..she has a really bad bladder infection..they gave her meds and hydrated her..looks like our trip to mammoth cave this weekend is off...no big deal we can just all do something else..ive been sick for like a week and a half now...kinda suxxx really bad...uh well i dont really matter at least not to me..we have a new friend ...melony..she is really nice and seems to like us alot..her and jill get along really good ...thats the best part about it..her kids are funny and she worxxx at the mall beach baby... um its fuckin hot..dont know what else to say... hope i can go back to work tomorrow...at least the new car i bought for jill is running good..
well ive been working all the time...i work at harters napa now..have for 3 or 4 months now...50 60 hours a week...got my cancer port removed last week...after the surgeon cancled it 3 times...jill doesnt have to work anymore now..im glad..i was tyred of hearing about how the fucking dot heads were fucking her over...everything is going great here..bakah likes living here and so does josh and me and jill too.. jills mom keeps calling wanting to see her...but its been a year and a half so what the fuck..not to mention al the problems that have been caused by them saying there gonna be here and not showing up...like for her birthday, christmas, 21st birthday and christmas last year..and all the other shit...ohhh welll...thats all there problem there daughter does not want anything to do with them..and wont!!!.ohhh the dog got a bath all groomed and her nails done the other day...well nothing else to say now ...

This legal battle is truly tough. Deltadawn's lifestyle experiences are being used as a weapon to try and take a loving child, much in need of her mother's love, away from her. To stop this effort, we must employ every possible tool at our disposal. We need the services of psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to show that Lifestyle characteristics, never revealed or foisted on any child, have no detrimental impact on children.
Under Florida law, like virtually every other jurisdiction in the nation, the factors evaluated by the courts are whether parental contact "is in the best interests of the child." To do this, we need to show that participation in the Lifestyle, in and of itself, does not make anyone a bad parent.
There are only a few formalities. Under Florida Law, Rule 4-1.8(f) of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar governs "Compensation by Third Party," and allows for parties unrelated to the litigation to pay fees and costs on the clients behalf.
