“Darling, it’s reasonable for you to wait until you feel better to take on more parenting and household tasks,” said Narcissa.
“Yes, I know,” said Draco, “but it doesn’t make me feel less guilty. Potter managed AJ on his own for quite some time.”
“That is true,” she agreed, “but he did have assistance. Mr and Mrs Weasley were always ready to lend a hand.”
Draco sighed. “I reckon you’re right.” He took another sip of tea, relishing the soothing warmth.
His mother patted his hand. "You need to remember that you and Harry are partners as well as parents."
