Usage notes
edit- With a noun phrase (including a relative clause): use the prepositions a or de interchangeably. que is not allowed.
- With a number: use de only.
- When the first term is a whole clause and the second term is a noun: use the conjunction que only.
- Es diferente beber cerveza que vino
- With an infinitive clause: both que and a are valid.
- With a clause containing a conjugated (personal) verb:
- With a prepositional phrase or an adverb phrase: use que only.
