Have rights to move pages without leaving behind a redirect, quickly move subpages when moving parent pages, and delete redirects by moving the redirect target page to the redirect page (for example, while reverting a move over a redirect).
You may request this right in the WT:BP. (Admins may nominate a user at WT:WL and follow the procedure there.)
