      With the approval of the division commander, the premises at Iba, Province of Zambales, known as the Carcel Publica de Zambales, are designated as a military prison, to which duly sentenced prisoners belonging to the department, either military or civil, will be sent, in pursuance of such specific orders as may issue from these headquarters in each case.
