Administrators: if this block includes a Volunteer Response Team ticket number, this block was placed as part of the conflict of interest VRT queue and the user must not be unblocked without the express consent of a user with access to the queue. Admins lifting or loosening such blocks without appropriate authorization may, at the discretion of the Arbitration Committee, be desysopped.

The edits in question are from around a year ago, and they were made in good faith to improve the article. I deny the allegations of UPE or COI.

My edits mainly involved removing unsourced/unverifiable claims, cleaning up wording, and rewriting parts using reliable sources. Some personal claims, including marriage-related information, appeared to have questionable references, so I removed them per policy. I do not see how such edits constitute UPE or COI.

I would like to request reconsideration of my block.

I deny engaging in UPE or editing on behalf of any subject. My edits were made in good faith and were focused on sourcing, cleanup, neutrality, and removal of promotional or unsourced content. Many of the diffs cited in the ANI thread are ordinary content disputes and disagreements over editorial judgment, not evidence of UPE or COI.

I understand that some of my editing patterns may have raised concerns, especially due to my involvement in AfDs and biographies, but I was acting based on policy considerations and not external influence or compensation. I also acknowledge that some of my comments may have come across as overly confrontational, and I will be more careful with tone and dispute handling going forward.

I am willing to avoid contentious areas if necessary and focus only on constructive, policy-based editing. I respectfully request that the block be reconsidered.
