Translating articles from other Wikipedias requires "attribution"

Hi CosdonH,

It is a requirement that if you translate articles from other Wikipedias you must indicate that you have translated them.

I've fixed the attribution requirements for Dolimont Government over at at Talk:Dolimont Government.
