Translating articles from other Wikipedias requires "attribution"

Hi CosdonH,

It is a requirement that if you translate articles from other Wikipedias you must indicate that you have translated them.

I've fixed the attribution requirements for Dolimont Government over at at Talk:Dolimont Government.

Violating the Russo-Ukrainian war extended confirmed restriction

When you nominated the redirects Russian invasion of Crimea and 2014 Russian invasion of Crimea, you were violating the extended confirmed restriction for the Russo-Ukrainian war, which is a topic that only extended confirmed editors can discuss. Hence why I struck your nomination statement. But once you make your 501st edit and become extended confirmed, you shouldn't have any problems discussing the topics listed on WP:ECRTOPICS.
