Where to mention?

The World of Darkness this cover/edition that has a review in RT doesn't have a dedicated entry as far as I can tell, is likely notable. For now I added a review mention to the main article where the redirect leads. Another one I don't even know where to mention is World of Darkness: Chicago. . @Cyfal Thanks. The main page loads (for 2012), it looks like it was some niche game review website, but of dubious reliability (). The posts seem signed by real name person, but I see no 'about us' or anything describing them, which generally is a sign of a very amateurish project. I did, in fact, luck out and stumble upon a snippet of their review here: https://web.archive.org/web/20121016045900/http://agamemag.com/archives/category/reviews Sigh. While the author Brandon Stanbrough seems findable on the net, I don't think the review would be of much use given the meh quality of the website - and fortunately, we don't need it (the game is notable without it). Alien 2600

Just wanted to say thanks for all the encouragement as I slowly built up the article for Alien (1982 video game). It was one that I felt was nearly at the level of potentially not having enough content to turn it into anything until slowly but surely finding more and more content to build it up. Hi, I'm getting no image and the ? in a blue box.

When I click the image I get the message:

when I click on the image in the viewer, it then shows separately. I suspect there's something wrong with the image format and or the name. Please note that the image is attributed to https://www.scribd.com/document/528056919/Earthdawn-the-Serpent-River, a site well known for its lax approach to copyright.

WikiProject Comics an a reliable source list

I think this might a long way to help, even if it mainly uses the video game one as a base. There's definitely a lot of instances of poor sourcing like Looper I've seen come up in that space, and something to go through and clean up would help figure out notability and more sweeping improvements across the project.

That would be an awesome thing to have. I know hardly anything else can compete with the VG project, but there should at least in theory be lots and lots of sources for comics and characters. Oh, it's definitely a great idea. It doesn't really matter how active the WikiProject is, there are plenty of editors who work independently, and having a list like that somewhere that people can find it would be a huge plus. I can't say that I have what it takes to get it started, but if you want to at least put a start on it that might get other people to help build it out. On using drafts to edit

Thanks for this comment - please let me know if my approach is inappropriate. When improving short articles to GA, I build up sourcing incrementally. Some features of drafting, such as stacking sources about reception into shared claims, mean I am going back and forth on the prose and adding and deleting content as I go. I'm not sure if that would be more or less convenient than migrating additions over from a sandbox-style draft page, then G7 deleting the draft. VRXCES (talk) 23:10, 23 June 2026 (UTC)

I don't think what you are doing is inappropriate, but since Draft pages are (in theory) intended for collaboration, if you need something to work on while you prepare an existing article, then a sandbox or userpage would be a good idea. BOZ (talk) 00:03, 24 June 2026 (UTC)

Just finished going through Electronic Games (the first run anyway. the revivals aren't on vghf and they're out of scope for me anyway). Lots of interesting stuff, but of course there's only so much time in the day to actually integrate it all. Take a look at the second to last page of the last issue: . It's an Imagic ad that lists five different reviews. Four are from mags familiar enough to both of us, but there's one called "The Whizz Kid". Do you know anything about this one? That may be a mystery for the ages... I tried some searching and the best I could come up with was several more copies of that same ad in other publications. :) Could be a newspaper column or even a column in a magazine.
