My (periodically updated) essay on some hopes/dreams for Wikipedia
Creating, updating and documenting custom search engines that return results from sources that tend to be more accepted as appropriate for use on Wikipedia. Goal is to show how much easier search could be and work towards better tools for finding sources (if you have any recommendations, please share them at Help:Advanced source searching).
