Hi there! I'm SuperPianoMan9167. I'm an editor from Michigan who started editing as an IP back in March 2025 (I've been reading articles for waaaay longer than that). I may be caught editing at 2 AM for no apparent reason, which is probably unhealthy and will ruin my sleep schedule. I am a confirmed Wikipediholic as I finished clearing an entire 500-page backlog manually at 1:39 AM.[2]

The main parts of my username hint at my interests: "Super" comes from the first word of Super Mario, and "PianoMan" refers to the fact that I play the piano (and it also happens to reference a song by Billy Joel). I've also been called "SuperPianoMan",[3][4][5][6] "SuperPiano",[7] "SPM"[8][9] (which can also refer to a game I'm interested in), or simply "Super".[10]

I spend most of my time on Wikipedia gnoming, fighting vandalism, and cleaning up unreviewed LLM-generated content as part of WikiProject AI Cleanup.

I use Twinkle quite a bit; my first Twinkle-assisted edit was on August 28, 2025.[11] I first started using it regularly in September 2025; I installed TwinkleMobile on September 26.[12] Before that, I did everything manually; this included approximately 138 speedy deletion nominations and the associated author notifications (I won't ever know the exact number), of which 125 were nominations under the brand-new G15 criterion.[13]

I've also inserted myself into incredibly controversial discussions[14] and tend to spend wayyy too much time at ANI. I started commenting at ANI even as an unregistered editor.[15]

I have discovered I spend most of my time here behind the scenes instead of working on article content. I wonder why :)

    Hi there! So, as you know I'm trying to improve this page, which is honestly in a not-so-good condition right now (see below to understand why). Last update: Yesterday, after talking with SuperPianoMan, I re-added the content, and it was again rolled-back by Pbritti, with this note "I don’t know, that addition looks an awful lot like it was written by an LLM. If you want to add it, discuss on the talk page". So, here we are.

    Unconvinced by the rationale - the proposed title is a mouthful, doesn't accurately describe what the Idea Lab is for, and I see nothing wrong with the current name. I also agree with SuperPianoMan that having two village pumps whose subtitles start with 'proposals' is undesirable.

    In addition to what SuperPianoMan said, you can look at the edit filter log for "New account extreme activity" which is a edit filter specifically to slow Salebot1 down. You can also find some information about them at en:Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/Salebot1, though they've changed patterns recently so it's not fully up to date.

    Just echoing what SPM said above, this is precisely what I was observing, and even with the ECP protection on the article itself we still have gotten a couple people inserting the deadname.

  13. ↑ Before support for G15 was added to Twinkle, the only way to use it was to manually insert {{db-g15}} on a page and manually substitute {{db-llm-notice}} on the creator's talk page. Needless to say, this was incredibly tedious, and I had to help out a user with this (see this discussion on my talk page)
