Pmsyyz is Phillip M. Stewart, who was born in 1975 in Mississippi where he lived until he joined the USAF at age 25. He then lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado until 2014.

Welcome to my user page. Feel free to improve this page. I enjoy contributing to Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects, which I first starting doing on 15 May 2004. I registered on 4 July 2004. Some pre-registration edits: 68.64.7.68

I have at least four ancestors with Wikipedia articles: John Ford (minister) , William Bradford (governor) , Stephen Hopkins (merchant), and Constance Hopkins . (probably more)

Opinions

• 2025-12-10 These banners for indentitarian editing drives are getting very annoying and spammy.
• 2011-09-04 Andrew G. West performed unethical research.
• 2011-02-09 When looking at a diff of changes to several separate paragraphs, there should be an option to revert just the change to one paragraph.
• 2010-10-02 There needs to be a search just for each article's history. This would allow you to find when certain content was added or went missing.
• Most TV episode lists should include fair use screenshots.
• Ads on Wikipedia: I don't want ads on Wikipedia unless donations can't cover costs, but I'm curious as to how much money can be generated from 24 hours of Google text ads placed under the interlanguage links.

Donations

Wikipedia and other Wikimedia Foundation projects are valuable resources, but it takes more than volunteers to keep it running. See where the money goes. But the quick staffing numbers increase makes me nervous. I have stopped donating. 36.7 million dollars to be granted to other orgs in FY 21-22...

Picture of the day

Albert Marco was an Italian-born bootlegger and pimp active in Los Angeles during the American Prohibition era. Born around 1887, he immigrated into the United States in the early 20th century and became involved in crime in Nevada and Washington before moving to Southern California. Protected by political connections, Marco made large profits from liquor smuggling and prostitution, and was linked to figures including Charles H. Crawford and Max "Boo Hoo" Hoff. In 1928 he was arrested after shooting two men at the Ship Cafe in Venice, Los Angeles. Convicted of assault with a deadly weapon, he was sent to San Quentin State Prison, and was eventually deported to Italy.
