Usage
{{pronoun|<username>|<type [optional]>}}
Refers to the user specified with a gender-appropriate pronoun based on the value set in their preferences. Note that many users have not specified a gender.
|1=or first unnamed parameter- Name of the user in question, without the "User:" prefix.
|2=or second unnamed parameter- Type of pronoun. Optional, defaults to "sub".
|or=using any value- Joins both pronouns with an "or" conjunction. Optional, defaults to use of singular they.
- sub for subjective (he, she, if
|or=is used, he or she, if not, they) - obj for objective (him, her, if
|or=is used, him or her, if not, them) - pos for possessive (his, her, if
|or=is used, his or her, if not, their) - poss for following possessive (his, hers, if
|or=is used, his or hers, if not, theirs) - / for standard rendering of personal pronouns on mention (he/him, she/her, they/them)
- // for the same, with an added possessive (he/him/his, she/her/hers, they/them/theirs)
