Nate Thompson

edit

As far as I can tell, Nate Thompson is not a current co-host. The lead only lists Dan and Chris as hosts, as do the flurry of recent articles describing the show's Heated Rivalry coverage. Apple Podcasts lists only Dan and Chris as current hosts and they are the only two who consistently appear in the show's recent social media posts (along with producer Sean). This article from February 2025 lists Nate as a cohost and is used as source in the History section. Nate is also listed as a host in the infobox. Ideally, the history section would clarify when Nate's tenure began and ended as cohost, or if he is some sort of recurring guest cohost. Unfortunately, I've not yet found a source for this information. —Myceteae🍄‍🟫 (talk) 05:40, 10 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

"Heated Rivalry coverage" segment has POV problem

edit

Some sentences there need to be edited for neutral point of view.

Original biased, uncertified and vague POV, that corresponds only to the twisted gossip from Outsports source, and copies of it:

"The leaked messages, in which Powers mocked the show's inclusivity and creators, contrasted with the podcast's public praise. The report also noted prior criticism regarding the hosts' use of misogynistic language. Powers responded to the backlash by claiming the messages predated his actual viewing of the series, characterizing his remarks as an initial "writer's take" rather than a genuine review."

Please edit to a neutral, verified and exact POV, that corresponds to a more general and neutral reality and development:

"The leaked messages, in which Powers complained about how the show's aim looked to have been checking inclusivity boxes, contrasted with the podcast's public praise. The report also noted prior criticism regarding the hosts' use of what some perceived as misogynistic language. Powers responded to the backlash by showing the messages, in their entirety, and their timeline, claiming the messages predated his actual viewing of the series, characterizing his remarks as an initial "lame writer's take" rather than a genuine review."

Also, as this story is still in development, any language that expresses verdict-like meaning, is to be avoided, to keep the neutrality over bias. ~2026-56398-5 (talk) 18:51, 26 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
