Cited: - ? The hook fact appears in the article and is cited in the Preparation section, but I think the wording of the current hook is broader than the article text. The article says that casabe may be made from either bitter or sweet cassava, although bitter varieties are more common, and that bitter cassava is toxic unless processed into casabe or farinha. The hook says that the "main ingredient" of casabe is toxic, which compresses those points and may be read too broadly. Could the hook be revised to match the article more closely, or could a source be cited that directly verifies both parts of the current wording: that the main ingredient is the toxic form and that it is toxic before processing?
