editAinu
editis there a change that Ainu people from Japan have the same historic grounds as Inuit? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ainu_people There are some simularities like kayak building and the way the fish. The area from Inuit is very large and the Ainu grounds are connected with a shorter distance then from Greenland to Alaska. That seems relative short. Both Ainu and Inuit are very old tribes.85.149.83.125 (talk) 15:03, 31 August 2022 (UTC)
There may be (but far far in the past) but Aleutians are probably more closely related. But also Siberians.

Traditional beliefs
editfor several years now a large majority of Inuit considered themselves Christian. This is not mentioned at all in this article. It is mentioned in the linked article Inuit Religion but this article here definitely gets the impression that Christianity doesn't exist in the North. ~2026-31253-16 (talk) 00:59, 26 July 2026 (UTC)
- Nothing stopping you from finding the sources and adding it. Probably fit well in the Inuit#Traditional beliefs section at the end. It is mentioned in the infobox at the top. CambridgeBayWeather (#1 deranged), Uqaqatigijaa (talk), Huliva 18:57, 30 July 2026 (UTC)
