P Tune Studio was founded in 2018 by Parag Kumar Biswas as a record label.^[3]^[4]

In November 2024, the company signed a music licensing agreement with TikTok relating to royalty payments for Bangladeshi composers and lyricists whose music is used on the platform.^[5]

The label has released music by Bangladeshi artists through digital streaming platforms.^[6]^[7]^[8]^[9]^[10]
