Tilsa Tsuchiya Castillo was a Peruvian painter and printmaker of Japanese and Chinese descent known for her paintings of Peruvian myths and legends.

 

The note has a solid security strip windowed into three pieces on the obverse. Under backlight the whole strip can be seen. It has “200” repeated on it:
