From goy (“a non-Jew”) +‎ -slop. The earliest known use dates from August 29, 2016, when an anonymous 4chan user posted "...I just want greasy goyslop food to fill my stomach..." (as contrasted with the supposed quality of the chain In-N-Out Burger) to the /int/ board.
