A fill for a prompt on the meme which asked for Sherlock and Moriarty as SCPs held by the Foundation. Never heard of SCPs? Read this first. Mind you, this won't make much sense without knowledge of the terminology (though I blatantly magpied location and task force names according to what sounded appropriate). Warnings for your customary creepypasta (or a clumsy attempt thereof).
